It felt like a factory-style clinic? Demand was way too high for the supply. I think I waited only about 2 hours. The staff were there at the front desk, but they felt like they were just standing around like statues. Rather than an active consultation, it felt more like, just get the procedure and go. But since it was my first treatment, I did see results, so it was just okay. I do not plan to return.
