After lower blepharoplasty at another hospital, I had a hollow under the eyes and overall lacked volume, so I had fat grafting. I was so swollen for several months that it was stressful, but over time I became satisfied. After that, I was recommended thread lifting, and the postoperative care was also good. About 2 years later, it all disappeared, so I had it grafted again twice. The surgery I had later did not have a dramatic effect. I think the effect decreases as you get older.
