I was always concerned about my lower face line and nasolabial folds, and this was my first time getting a lifting procedure, so I was worried. I was afraid of getting overcharged like at a typical dermatology clinic, but it seemed like I didn't really need to worry about that here lol The doctor looked at my face and recommended procedures that fit my skin type, so I think even first-time visitors can just do exactly what they need.
