Overall, it feels like they poured an enormous amount into the interior design and equipment. It doesn't feel like the doctors stay at this main clinic for long, so the level of expertise and the expected results from the procedures feel a bit low. If you get procedures on a yearly basis, there's a high chance they won't be there next time; There seems to be a reason the price has to be high.
