The consultation took 20 minutes total, with consultant -> director -> consultant. I told the consultant about my concerns and the eye shape I wanted. Then the director came in and first explained the eyelids and the double eyelids. After hearing the basic explanation about eyes, I understood the consultation better. They did not say everything was possible; instead, they told me the limits, which made me trust them. They answered my questions in detail (Director Lee Jeong-min). Overall, they were generally kind.
