I had an appointment for chin filler and arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time. Because I got there too early, they said I would have to wait a bit, so I said okay and waited, but even when my appointment time came they still hadn't called my name, so I just kept waiting. It was super busy, so I figured they must be busy. I waited 30 more minutes. Then I saw people who came after me finish their procedures and leave, so I went to the counter and asked when I would get called in. Without even looking at me because they were busy with their own work, they just said, “We'll call you when it's your turn.” I said okay and waited another 30 minutes, thinking I'd be called soon. I got so annoyed that I couldn't take it anymore and went to the counter to complain, and only then did the director come out. My procedure was done in less than 5 minutes. ^^ haha my 1 hour 30 minutes.. lol....
