I had Q-O-Fill done 2 years ago. Because I had hollow cheeks, I asked them to put 4 cc into my cheeks, but they only put 2 in each side cheek. I pressed on my sunken cheek with my palm and said I wanted it there, but (what I meant was to fill the hollowed area of the cheek overall) it is clear now that there was a problem in the consultation process, and I never even said "4 cc for the side cheek." If they were only going to put it in the side cheek, who would buy 4 cc...? Anyway, of course I was unhappy with a face that had been widened only to the side by 4 cc, so I asked for a refund, but they ignored me and would not even listen. Then the highest-ranking manager? director? came over and said, "Do you want to meet a lawyer?" and tried to scare me. They absolutely did not want to do an aftercare treatment or a refund over KakaoTalk or phone calls. When I wrote about what happened on Naver Cafe and various cosmetic surgery apps, they finally contacted me and said they were sorry and would do aftercare. Back then I was soft-hearted and deleted all the reviews I had written, then went back to the clinic. They only redid the filler in the area I had originally wanted (for the side cheek, they kept refusing aftercare and refund and only saying "wait 2 weeks" ... Even now I still do not understand why I had to wait 2 weeks for 4 cc of filler that had not even gone into the area I wanted in the first place. Since they would not listen at all, I just dissolved it with 100,000 won of my own money because it felt too wasteful to keep waiting,) (for the filler they said they would provide as aftercare, they first asked for money, too. 1 cc was 60,000 won or something? Seriously... they said it was an aftercare discount, but on cosmetic apps that is the normal price ...) They also changed their story on the same day about the peeling(?) they had said they would provide and sent me out like nothing had happened.
