I went for a double-eyelid consultation. The hospital facility was big and nice, so I had a bit of hope, but here only the consultant came out, so the doctor's friendliness gets 1 point. I couldn't even see the doctor... The consultant was thorough and kind, looked carefully at my eyes, and since it was my first surgery, explained things easily, so that part was fine. But after thinking about it, I ended up having the surgery at another clinic where the doctor consulted me directly T_T
