I made a same-day reservation and went in for a consultation. In a short time, they looked at my nose and only recommended what could actually be done. Other places recommended an implant, but here they said that an implant-free option was also possible. Since it was my first nose surgery, the cost was the same whether silicone was used or not, and the manager explained that it would look better with an implant. I'm worrying a lot because of the side effects..
