Not bad. If you want a flashy nose, it's one option! I went for a consultation about revision nose surgery, and the consultation took 15 minutes lol. They said they would raise the tip with an artificial septum, and I was a little hesitant because I wanted costal cartilage, but apart from it feeling a bit factory-like, trusting the director is probably one choice.
