I had 3-way rear canthoplasty 3 years ago. My eyes did get bigger, but not dramatically. Still, my impression became really softer, so people who see me after a long time say I look much kinder now. Even I can see that my eyes changed from a stuffy, lifted, old-fashioned look to cute, round eyes, and if I don't say anything, nobody knows I had rear canthoplasty. The outer corners are also pointed like a normal person's. There is no scar tissue, and if I look very closely I can see the stitching marks, but only because I have to look extremely closely.
