The doctor wasn’t extremely gentle, but he was really professional and answered my questions directly. The manager was also very kind. She explained possible side effects and results before I even asked, which I liked. It was a back-lift-focused procedure, and there was no separate lower-lift, just enough effect to match my needs exactly.
