The clinic is far from my home, so I contacted them first to ask only about the rough surgery cost and whether it was possible, and then said I wanted to visit later just to set the surgery date. I had seen their YouTube and Instagram ads and was tempted, so I really wanted to do it at this clinic, and I contacted the counselor several times with questions. They said the doctor would look at the eye photos and decide, so I took many photos and sent them, but without properly explaining the reason, they just said no and that was it. I was really upset. Still, it was lucky I did not make a needless trip
