First of all, both the consultation manager and the doctor could not communicate well with me. They only kept saying to tell them the eye shape I wanted, but I had no particular eye shape in mind, only the parts I wanted fixed, so the conversation never progressed. Then they told me to come knowing exactly what the procedure was, and after hearing that I thought I could not do it here. I almost made up my mind because this hospital had the before-and-after photos I liked the most, and started visiting other places. I understand it is frustrating when you cannot communicate well, but as their voices gradually got louder, I felt like this hospital and I were just not a good fit, so I gave up.
