There didn’t seem to be any ads, and hearing that they’ve been around for 3 years made me feel like this was a place that would take responsibility all the way through, so I went for a consultation. Unlike other hospitals, it wasn’t in a building but stood alone, so it felt kind of like a cafe(?). That said, the parking lot was across the street, so on rainy days, especially on a typhoon day like yesterday, it was a bit inconvenient. The director was professional, explained things calmly, very gently and kindly, and tried to reflect my needs as much as possible. At other places, things that were said to be impossible were approached differently by Director Pyejin, who suggested other surgical methods and showed confidence, so I’m thinking of having surgery here. There is a slight cost burden, but this is the only clinic that did not bring up autologous costal cartilage, even though donor rib cartilage is included in the re-revision surgery, so I like the surgical direction. They didn’t take a separate CT here. At another hospital, I had a CT done and they barely looked at it, but here it was amazing that the director could figure everything out just by feeling with his hands and looking at the shape, without a CT scan. After the director, I had another consultation with the chief coordinator, who showed me more detailed examples of similar cases and explained them. However, one desk staff member was blunt. The nurses were moving back and forth and seemed extremely kind.
