Personally, the calf hair-removal results are still excellent even now, 3 years later. For my underarms, though, it went back to how it was at the beginning lol I heard hair removal has to be done regularly to be permanent, so I guess that is my own laziness. Anyway, if I say it hurts, they do add more numbing cream, and the doctors are kind, but I am not so sure about the nurses...
