A friend said they use a good machine (something called Apogee) and the price is cheap, so I got my underarms treated again and also did Brazilian. The price is definitely cheap: I paid about 550,000 won for 13 Brazilian sessions and 5 underarm sessions. Shaving has an extra fee of 33,000 won per session.
