I got 3 sessions of laser for pore reduction on my nose and cheeks as part of an event (it’s been a while so I can’t remember). The consultation was also done with the head coordinator, not the doctor. When I went in for the laser, did I even exchange a word with the doctor? After that, I was lying on one of the many beds lined up like a factory because they said they were going to inject something into my face, and I just waited 15 minutes. Many staff members kept walking by busily and would come to my bed to check my number? and only tell me to wait. After the treatment, I was given a soothing pack and waited another 10 minutes. The staff kept changing. I had no idea what was going on, there was no detailed explanation, and it felt like they were just processing people like a factory. I’m planning to pay more and go somewhere proper.
