I got Ulthera because it was said to be the ultimate lifting laser. I had heard Ulthera hurts, so I was scared, but it did not hurt much. The reason it did not hurt was that they set the intensity weakly. Maybe the doctors do that to prevent side effects when doing the laser, but they set it weakly. So the effect is not that great. The intensity should be adjusted according to each person's skin, but they do not do that - they just keep it weak. So compared with other places, the price is cheap. Still, if Ulthera is expensive anyway, it would be better to pay more at another place and get Ulthera tailored to your skin. Here, I think you should only get cheap procedures like Botox.
