After checking in for a queue number at the front desk with a QR code and sitting down to wait, I was called. While I was waiting after a one-on-one consultation with a staff member, the staff member talked to me, maybe to help me relax. There was no separate anesthetic cream; they just rubbed it with an ice roller. The doctor was also very kind and gave a signal every time the needle was going in. Because it was going into my nose, it hurt really, really badly. Tears welled up. Compared with the pain, the effect was poor. Botox only worked on one nostril, and it wore off after 1-2 months.
