I got imported chin botox and did not have a consultation. They just roughly checked the jaw muscles at the counter. It was a male doctor, and he was very kind, and when I said it was my first time, he told me not to be nervous. It hurt more than I expected and felt numb. The effect is good after getting it; people around me often say my face looks slimmer.
