I had a consultation for upper and lower blepharoplasty, and they kindly explained the things I was curious about. They said they would use local anesthesia, and explained well while showing review photos from other people, saying that some scar tissue would remain. I consulted with the doctor first and then with the manager again. They repeated what I had discussed with the doctor and talked about the cost. Because it was local anesthesia, there was no risk of proxy surgery, and the procedure took about 1 hour 30 minutes.
