They explain things kindly and well. I had severe ptosis, so they recommended incision-based ptosis correction. They explained many things well, including the possible side effects, which I appreciated. The hospital facilities seemed a little more plain than other places, but the overall price was cheaper than other places, and the doctor had been a university professor, so I trusted him more.
