I had revision surgery for scar reconstruction of the inner corner. The director's attitude was different before and after surgery... If something was wrong, they would just wash their hands of it and were harsh. Before surgery, they took really detailed, long photos and did the consultation carefully, but after surgery they would not even look at it.
