It really felt exactly like I had come to a big franchise restaurant. Even up to the consultation, I only got a rough explanation of who the doctor was and how they would do it. After I paid, the doctor came after quite a while and did the procedure right away lol bang ... It was my first plastic surgery clinic, so I thought they all did it like this ...lol
