The nose surgery I had here was my biggest mistake. Before surgery, I went to consultations at five places. My nose was not bad at all, and I was told it was a good nose for rhinoplasty, a nose with a solid foundation. It was my first surgery. After the surgery, the septum was severely bent, my nostrils were uneven, and the tip of my nose was pulled to the right. I was so stressed that I wrote a post about this concern in a plastic surgery community (without revealing the clinic name). Someone messaged me saying they had exactly the same concern and that the clinic was offering revision surgery, but they did not know whether they should go through with it. That person also said their septum was bent and the tip of the nose was pulled to the right. While talking, we asked each other where we had the surgery, and... it turned out to be the same clinic. It makes me wonder whether there is a problem with the director's surgical style, or whether another doctor performed the surgery. Is it really the director performing the surgery, without using a locum doctor?
