I got corner lip filler about 3 years ago. The anesthesia injection hurt a bit a lot, but if you endure that, the filler itself does not hurt. It turned out well without needing touch-up, and the maintenance period was long too. I want to do it again, but the price has gone up more lol So I'm thinking about it.
