About 3 or 4 years ago, I had the corner of my mouth done by Director Lee at Lauren, but it left a lot of scars. I still cover them with concealer. When I went back because it became asymmetrical, they said it had been asymmetrical from the start and could not be fixed, and told me to "fix my skin instead." I was deeply hurt and went home crying. I had a revision surgery somewhere else... even now, those words still remain as trauma.
