The shape of my lips had been a complex for me, and I was upset because filler only seemed to make them look like a duck bill. Then I found out about this. I thought it was just a simple procedure because it was a kind of thread lifting, so I did it casually, but I ended up looking like the Joker for several weeks. Please make sure you have enough recovery time before doing it It was not exactly the big bright smile I hoped for, but my lip shape changed so beautifully compared to before that I am satisfied. I do not know if it is cost-effective.
