During the surgery consultation, I didn’t feel any particular expertise, and there was a serious lack of detailed explanation or clear statements about the basic things that absolutely should have been explained. Even for points that the patient should not have to bring up, they should have mentioned them first, but instead it was just, 'Any other questions? If not, you can go.' The self-confidence was huge, but the source of that confidence was questionable. Within Gwangju, they used to be somewhat famous for nose surgery, but it looked like they were fixated on the old surgical methods and their own personal line. The consultation director also lacked professionalism badly and just felt like some random middle-aged woman who knew nothing. I looked up reviews carefully and saw a lot of bad ones, but I still went hoping otherwise, and it was just as expected.
