I got underarm and upper-lip hair removal as part of an event package (5 sessions), but the hair barely went away. Still, the machine blew cold air at the same time, so it didn’t hurt at all. The upper lip was basically unchanged, and the underarms only improved a tiny bit? The treatment itself was over so fast that, honestly, the hair removal hardly happened. Even the hair shedding on the left and right underarms was uneven. I guess it was because of the bed position. Anyway, the provider kept changing every time, so I don’t remember well, but the male provider did seem to take care of me a bit better.
