My mother had double eyelid surgery at this hospital before. It is a long-established place in Ulsan and has a good reputation, so we chose it, but in my opinion it is neither particularly bad nor particularly good. I do not really remember consulting with the manager; I went straight to the doctor for consultation, and the doctor was somewhat older.
