I booked a consultation because I heard they are good at double eyelid surgery, but I couldn't even see the doctor, and a staff member looked at me instead. Even then, they didn't shape a line for me, and just glanced at my face briefly and said this and that would work, and the price is this much. That left me with a bad feeling. I understand that they must get tired because so many people come in, but as someone visiting for the first time, I felt a little offended.
