I got a lifting-related procedure for the first time and the effect was honestly amazing, so I felt really good. Actually I don't have that much flesh, and the doctor even advised against it, but I kept whining that I wanted something done, so I had it done. There were a lot of people, and especially quite a few foreign Japanese clients.
