Am I being too generous with the rating? But I really liked it. The doctor was kind!! I was already scared because I was getting a neck wrinkle procedure, and if the doctor or staff had not been kind, I think I would never have gone back. They were genuinely kind. My neck wrinkles are so severe that I did not expect a dramatic effect right away. I plan to go back for a touch-up.
