The staff were all just so-so in terms of kindness, not bad at all!! I only got InMode once, so I am not sure about the effect. I went because they were rumored to be good, but there were so many people there too. Maybe because I went with high expectations... it was not really below expectations, but it felt like a factory-style place, so I did not go back for a second session.
