I had it done not long ago, so I still do not know whether the effect is dramatic, but the doctor and the staff are extremely kind. During the Ulthera treatment, the painful spots the doctor mentioned hurt exactly where he said lol. It was my first time with lifting, so it was hard to endure. Still, whenever I said it hurt, they let me rest from time to time and were considerate, so I got through the procedure well.
