I went because of YouTube, but I learned once again that you should not trust YouTube. Overall they were fairly kind, but a face-to-face consultation with the doctor cost extra, and I only found that out when I was already on the treatment bed. Because the procedure was done while lying down without first looking at my face while I was seated, they did not properly understand what was wrong with my face before proceeding. My cheek hollowing near the zygomatic area only got worse. The consultation manager said the hollowing would not be severe, but the result was not good.
