I only consulted with the manager, and when I said I was worried about hollowing in the front cheek area and wanted filler, they firmly discouraged me. Instead, they recommended something like lifting. I was not thinking about lifting right away, so I left, but it felt like they did not recommend anything unnecessary, which I actually liked.
