The doctor is kind and there was no excessive pressure, which I liked. The procedure was done well and there was almost no pain. However, I did not like that the consultation with the director was followed immediately by the procedure. I wish there had been a separate consultation with the doctor. Also, the director did not feel very friendly.. It seems like a common thing at hospitals, but when the doctor is kind, the director feels less friendly.
