I went in planning to dissolve the filler in my upper cheeks and nose, but they said it would be better to do only the nose, so we went ahead that way. I wanted to dissolve the upper cheeks because they felt a bit saggy, but they said it only looked that way because of reduced elasticity, and that to other people it didn't look saggy or stretched, so I may get a lifting procedure later. They didn't recommend any other procedures, and even after I mentioned my budget, they just dissolved the nose well without pushing anything extra.
