The eyeliner I got 4 years ago is still pretty dark, and the eyebrow pigment faded faster than I expected, but it lasted for about a year and a half. The director was fine, but maybe because there were so many people, the staff were a bit rude. Still, honestly, procedure satisfaction matters more to me than staff friendliness, so I was satisfied.
