I went there for eyebrow tattooing, and the staff were kind and explained things well. But when I went to the tattoo area on the 3rd or 4th floor, the front desk staff glared at me hard after I came out from getting the tattoo, and that was so annoying. Still, the practitioner kept checking carefully by drawing and erasing my eyebrows over and over while considering my eyebrow color and shape, so that part was good. In the end, it was my first eyebrow tattoo, and it turned out well, so I felt happy. But when I went back for a touch-up around 6 p.m., near closing time, it felt like the place was packed to the brim. I waited an hour longer than my appointment time before they called my name and I got the touch-up.
