I did not look into eyebrow semi-permanent makeup very carefully before getting it, but here the result is completely different depending on who does the procedure. Mine turned out average here, but the friend I went with really had it ruined... and another friend around me who had a really good result also got it done here. The outcome is a total gamble. The doctor came by and did it for about 30 seconds, but I do not think it was the doctor's fault. You should definitely know that the result can be completely different depending on who performs the procedure.
