This was around when semi-permanent eyeliner had just been newly released or something, so they kept recommending it while I was getting my eyebrows done. The oldest staff member seemed like they would hurt me more than the younger staff, so I thought I definitely shouldn't get it done by them. I said I was scared of eyeliner anyway and it seemed like it would hurt, so I declined. Then they suddenly drew on one side a few times. They just did it without any anesthetic ointment. They said, "It doesn't hurt, it's just like this." I was flustered. When I said, "Oh, yes, you're right, it doesn't hurt," because it really didn't, they put on anesthetic ointment and went ahead and did the eyeliner seriously too. I thought it was a service. I never said I would do it, and I had kept refusing. After everything was done, they just added the cost into the total. The place was packed, the staff were rude, and the person in charge disappeared to help the next customer, so I couldn't even complain to anyone and just paid. A total mess overall. But the semi-permanent result was pretty good.
