A place where beginners, experts, and everyone in between coexist... truly a total gamble. The person performing the procedure changes every time I go for the first procedure and the touch-up, and I was saved because the second doctor fixed what the first one messed up.. The gamble depending on the practitioner here is really strong, so aside from that it's good. It is still holding up well, and I'm living with the line I wanted.
