The doctor looked at me only with his eyes, without any CT scan or similar, and explained nose surgery plus fat grafting. I originally went in thinking only about my nose, but when I mentioned that I was also worried about midface hollowness, he brought up fat grafting too. He said the nose would be done with Gore-Tex only and under sedation anesthesia. I even paid the deposit, but all they did was take photos. They said I would meet the doctor again on the day of surgery to discuss the detailed design. It seems there will be no CT or similar imaging test.
