I had eyeliner tattoo removal once at another hospital and twice at B&M, but the first session had no effect, and they said it would be removed well in the second session. In the first session they went lightly, so I saw no effect, and in the second session they went hard, so one side was almost gone while the other side only had the middle and tail parts removed, which made it look ridiculous.. They should have charged more and removed it hard even in the first session. If they had, I could have gotten it off in two sessions without wasting time.. In the end I have to go back to remove it once more.
