I have a dimple on one side that sits a bit to the side, so they did it above that, and because my face is severely asymmetric on both sides, they warned me in advance that the dimples might not be symmetrical. The consultation was just a short explanation of the dimple surgery and where on the face they would do it. After that it was basically "ask anything you want," and the director looked tired. It's been a month and I still have snake-like marks, so keep that in mind.
