This place feels like my own bias is going to come through too much, so I want to talk only about the points I objectively thought were problems. During the consultation, the manager said, "You just saw the person who passed by a moment ago, right? That person's surgery turned out really well. I'll show you," and then searched the patient's full real name and showed every photo, starting from pre-op pictures with the face fully visible. Protecting patient information is the most basic thing, but they showed other patients' photos that way about six times. The moment I saw that, I thought, "If I do it here, they'll expose me like that too," and I lost all interest one minute into the consultation. The doctor consultation did not suit me either. I am leaving this review because I think this is an act that absolutely needs to be corrected.
